Can a Real Estate Buyer Presentation Pack Help Close Deals?

Every wonder why some folks get all of the deals,
while others watch them?

Well, no reason to stand on the side lines any longer. In this video Bill (The Deal Maker) and Pete (The Rookie) talk about a house they are going to to make an offer on. In fact, this is the second trip to this house. The first trip was without a presentation pack and was not scripted. The seller strung us along for a few months now. But we are armed to close the deal.

You and I both know the highest paid people on this planet are actors and actresses, right? Well, what would happen if they did not read their scripts and lines correctly while filming. Think they would make as much money as they do?

So what makes you think you can ‘shoot from the lip’ and make big money?

In fact, many investors don’t even practice what to say to sellers when it is time to talk to them. They just ‘wing it.’ I know I did for some time. When I think back I cringe at how many deals I must have lost because I was not prepared for a motivated seller and did not make the deal!!!!!


After We Left The House – We Bought It!

As you can see in the above video, our second visit was very fruitful. We signed a contract. The seller was planning on listing with a Realtor; until we arrived. After doing our scripted presentation with her she practically threw herself at us. We did not even get to the end of the presentation and she went right into the close by asking us when can we start.

Then the seller proceeded to bombard us with actual questions very specific to how we are going to proceed with the selling process. You actually have to see this phenomenon when it happens to actually believe it.

Plain truth is, I did not start making consistent and real money until I started using a script and this presentation pack. Once I did, I noticed my closing ratio climb higher and higher each and every time I used it.

And, I started to notice my motivated sellers were glued to me during the entire conversation. Prior to using this amazing tool I would have folks fade out on me during my offers and either say ‘no’ or just escort me to the door as soon as they could.

Or, even worse, ask questions on stuff I just covered in my presentation. And I would think – DAMN – I just covered that!

Once I developed this actual presentation path all of these little problems melted away.
